I have lived in the Inland Northwest since I was 5 years old. Prior to becoming an occupational therapist, I spent 8 years working in a residential treatment program for women and children. During my time there I managed the preschool and developed a parenting program to assist mothers in parenting skills and connection through play. I have been practicing occupational therapy for 5 years. I began my career as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and then went on to get my Masters in Occupational Therapy at Eastern Washington University. I have worked in the acute care setting treating individuals with a variety medical conditions. My passion for pediatrics was renewed after completing the Masters program. I enjoy treating children birth to school age with developmental delays, feeding issues, sensory processing disorders and emotional regulation. My areas of interest include autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder and integration, and visual motor/perceptual challenges. During my free time you will find me spending time with my family, rock climbing, going to the lake and playing with my sweet dog Goose.
